1.2 As we sell digital products and provide custom services, our return and refund terms differ depending on the type of purchase.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (DOWNLOADS, COURSES, PRESETS, SOFTWARE, SAMPLE PACKS)

2.1 We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all non-bespoke digital products.

2.2 If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

2.5 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

2.6 Refunds may be refused in cases of abuse, repeated refund requests, or evidence of product misuse.

3. BESPOKE SERVICES (MASTERING, MIXING, CUSTOM WORK)

3.1 Due to the personalised nature of our services:

  • Once work has commenced, services are non-refundable.
  • Custom and bespoke services are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee.
  • If you need to make changes, revision rights are governed by your selected service package.

3.2 If we are unable to deliver the service due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a refund for any services paid for but not provided.

4. DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY DIGITAL CONTENT

4.1 If a digital product is technically defective, corrupted, or not as described, please contact us.

4.2 We will, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement file
  • Re-perform the service (where applicable)
  • Issue a refund

4.3 We supply all services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with applicable consumer law.
